Returns & Refunds Policy
15-Day Return Window
For eligible items, you may request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery. This voluntary return period does not limit any statutory consumer cancellation, refund or warranty rights that apply to your purchase.
Eligible Returns
Returned eyewear should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and proof of purchase. Personalized or custom-made items and gift cards may be excluded from voluntary returns where permitted by law. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly so that we can help.
How to Start a Return
Write to info@eyerepublic.co with your order number and return request. We will provide instructions and the correct return shipping address. Do not send returns to our Sheridan, Wyoming registered business address; it is not a returns facility.
Return Shipping Costs
A flat $20 USD return shipping fee applies to voluntary customer-initiated returns except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Original outbound shipping is complimentary. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will tell you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, although the payment provider may take additional time to post funds. Shipping charges will be refunded where applicable law requires.
