Making a return

We want to ensure the utmost satisfaction to our clients' purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 30 days after the date on which you have received your order. We will refund the amount spent for the returned goods, excluding any shipping cost and return cost, if due. For more information about the return cost, please see the table below.

For promotional sales as Archive Sales, you can return the products no later than 15 days.

Refunds

The refund process will take place after our staff has validated the return, within 10 working days from the moment they are delivered to our wharehouse. It will be made through the same payment method used for the order. Refund times depend on the payment method. The refunded amount will not include shipping cost and return cost, if due.
